Dr. Salome Lomlomdjian
Dr. Maria Salome Lomlomdjian is an experienced General Dentist and the Chief Smile Officer at In Path Dental, with over 20 years of clinical expertise delivering compassionate, patient-centred care to individuals of all ages and abilities. She is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Salome completed her dental education across three countries, graduating from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, São Paulo State University, Brazil, and the National Dental Examining Board of Canada. She pursued advanced training in Laser Dentistry at the University of São Paulo and completed a fellowship in Hospital Dentistry at Darcy Vargas Children’s General Hospital.
Her clinical practice spans General Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, Special Care Dentistry, Senior Care, Hospital Dentistry, Palliative Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, General Anesthesia, Sedation, Prosthodontics, Laser Surgery, Restorative Dentistry, Periodontics, Endodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, and Clear Aligners. She is particularly passionate about caring for children, individuals with special health care needs, dental anxiety, and complex medical conditions, with a strong emphasis on dignity, trust, and personalized care.
In addition to her private practice, Dr. Salome is an Associate Dentist within the Division of Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Trillium Health Partners, practicing at Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga Hospital, and Queensway Health Centre. She works within multidisciplinary healthcare teams and collaborates with the University of Toronto through an integrated model of training, research, and advancement of best practices in Special Health Care Needs Dentistry.
In 2021, Dr. Salome became the Clinical Director of Special Olympics Ontario’s Special Smiles program, and In Path Dental is proud to be a Partner in Health with Special Olympics Ontario, supporting athletes in achieving improved oral health and overall well-being. In 2025, she was appointed as a Board Member of the Canadian Society for Disability and Oral Health (CSDH), contributing to strategic leadership in inclusive oral health care in Canada.
